The most popular projects we undertake are in the domestic and residential sectors. These include: one off homes, new builds, contemporary homes, extensions, orangeries, loft conversions, interior alterations, home offices, work spaces and garage conversions. We also enjoy the challenge of working with listed buildings, buildings with a historical interest, or properties in the Green Belts or in Areas of Natural Beauty. We also have experience in the leisure and retail sectors having designed and refurbished hotels, restaurants, bars, bakeries and coffee shops along with community and council projects, a sports pavilion plus manufacturing and industrial buildings, equestrian centres, riding schools, stables and agriculture and farming estates.
We also provide consultation services: on architectural design, Party Wall matters, contract administration, ecological and sustainability solutions. From assessing your project’s feasibility, through initial designs and on to preparing drawings for Planning Approval, then onto the detailed technical designs for Building Control, to finally realise your project on site, we can support you, and your specific requirements, from your project’s concept to its completion.
